You already have a bandwidth link to them. IMO drones should be locked by default (Though not count against your lock, etc) simply due to bandwidth usage. ALL of your own drones.

For arcs that are many missions long, the payoff (Aside from the lab from the caldari) is. . . pathetic. If one can make ~30m a mission doing generic level 4s a payoff of ~40m isn't attractive really, especially with the risk of going into lowsec....

In its current iteration, the Myrm is just a Vexor with tank, and slower. It is disappointing for that reason. Also, most of the other BCs only require one damage-dealing skillset to function, where the Myrm requires drones and some medium turret....
